Shine brightly

Welcome everyone

Today I'm sharing my latest project for APScraft's latest challenge

The theme is: Layout with a photo of an animal

I've been thinking about this theme for over a week an must admit that it wasn't easy for me to make it not because I didn't know how but because I needed to have a purpose for creating it. I wanted to make it with someone's pet or favourite animal.
At the end I decided to use a photo of an unicorn as my daughter likes anything with them.

Hope you will like it:)
I used mists and splashes to create galaxy for my unicorn, with circular stencil and chipboards.

Layout

Today I would like to show you a layout made for my daughters room.

As a base I used Heart Painted by Lemoncraft, stencil, gel medium and gold embossing powder to give some texture.
Then placed few distressed strips of papers from the same collection.

On a photo below you can see this beautiful gold embossed stencil, roses on the trim and chipboard which I used quite a lot in this project.

In this corner I placed few foamiran flowers on a Prima Marketing doily, some jute string, foliage and butterfly.

This layout is only 23cm by 23cm so I could fit it into this deep frame.

Beautiful

Hello everyone

Yesterday together with my family and friends we went for a day trip to Portsmouth. We have seen old war ships, submarines and few museums and galleries. After we decided to relax a little bit on the beach and because my daughters almost straight away started to pick shells and stones it gave me an idea.
So here it is my mixed media LO and on the photo my husband and I taken yesterday.

Wczoraj razem z moją rodziną i znajomymi wybraliśmy się do Portsmouth. Zwiedzaliśmy stare okręty wojenne, łodzie podwodne, muzea i galerie.
